Hats and Roses for Cancer

Project partners Christiaan Swanepoel, Bianca Bam, Afra Shimming-Chase, Erika Reissner and Frances Steenberg, celebrated with CAN team’s Rolf Hansen & Estelle Viljoen on the launch for the 11 Annual Hats & Roses event. The Cancer Association of Namibia proudly launched the 11th Annual Hats & Roses Ladies Breakfast in support of Women fighting Cancer in Namibia in the Capital. The event will take place on Saturday, 1 October at the Safari Court Conference Centre with 800 seats reserved for the morning. Well-known international musician and stage personality, Chris Chameleon, will present a motivational journey of music, song and talk all focussed on the theme for this year’s event: “The Woman in the Mirror”
Alexander Forbes sponsors the event to the tune of N$60 000, while JC le Roux, Faika’s Decor, Mikel-Jess, Safari Hotel and Interpack are main sponsors to make the morning possible. Tickets are for sale with the Cancer Association of Namibia, 90 John Meinert Street, Windhoek West, or by e-mail with [email protected] at N$4 500 per table or N$450 per single entry ticket. All funds generated through the Hats & Roses Ladies Breakfast are earmarked for Patient Financial Assistance to women fighting cancer in Namibia.
