The Namibian Volleyball Federation Beach Volleyball Tour made its sixth and final stop of the year at DTS Sports Club in Windhoek. This was the third time this year an event was to be held at the Beach Arena. Over 50 volleyball athletes registered in four categories for the tourney.

The men’s competition saw seven athletes taking part with a group of four completing the first round with only one advancing to the final four. Very quickly it was clear to see the class act in the group and Fabian Pfeifer quickly won all of his three games and advanced to the men’s final.
The final saw the exciting young talent of Daniel and Fabian Pfeifer and 2014 King of the Beach and overall 2014 champion James Verrinder and Jan-Eric Sack, who had already won 4 events in the 2015 season.
Jan-Eric and James played together first winning 21:16, 21:19, second match saw Jan-Eric and Daniel win 17:21, 21:19, 15:13 and the final and decisive match saw James and Daniel win 14:21, 21:19, 18:16. This meant on points average James finished 3rd leaving both Jan-Eric and Daniel both on 6 match points and average of +10. Daniel finished in his highest every position in second place leaving Jan-Eric as the winner and taking his 5th win of the year.
The ladies competition had nine athletes taking part.
The first round saw Rosi Hennes the top seed sitting out while the 8 other ladies played in 2 groups of four. 7 out of the 8 ladies advanced in to the second round leaving Karin Curschmann to fall out, due to an injury she picked up in her last game.
