Classroom wiggles

Young learners at the Tobias Hainyeko Primary School, showing off their excellent traditional dance skills in celebration of two classrooms which were handed over by the Craton Foundation this week.

The two classrooms will help teachers and learners at the school yield better results by creating a better learning environment for the learners who attend the dreaded double session system where some Grade 1 to 3 learners are attend school in the morning and other classes in the afternoon. A total of 822 learners attend classes in the afternoon, and have been reported to show under-performance in school compared to learners taught in the morning session.
