Swakop Uranium tackling unemployment

New Swakop Uranium employees who received induction beginning of this month.

The company is on a mission to help reduce poverty by creating employment. A total of 124 employees received induction on the 1st of July of which 80 are new starters, who commenced employment at Swakop Uranium on 1 July; the remaining 44 joined the company two weeks ago, bringing the total workforce to 895.A further 45 employees are expected to join the company before the end of July, thus pushing the total up to 940 by the end of July.
