WhatsOn Namibia an on line platform for events and leisure time activities launched its new Live Event Box, that will be integrated in 3rd party websites.

Live Event Box allows any company and organization to share Namibia’s events calendar on their own website.
Delia Magg-Thesenvits, founder of WhatsOn Namibia said that Live Event Box, is a service that enables everyone to seamlessly embed WhatsOn Namibia’s events calendar onto their own website, and show relevant events to their users. “Information is pulled and live streamed directly form WhatsOn and the information is therefore always up to date without the need to do anything,” explained Delia. Delia said that there was a huge demand for a comprehensive events calendar which can unlock economic potential. “If people use the opportunities offered by WhatsOn, galleries will sell more art pieces, big sport events have more international entries and Namibia as a destination can even gain more attractiveness.”
“The Live Event Box will inform even more people in and outside of the country about what Namibia has to offer and it is an easy way for the media, municipalities, tour operators, hotels and guest houses to give their audiences an overview on what to see and do,” concluded Delia
Websites that have already implemented the Live Event Box include Hitradio Namibia, Wild Africa Travel and the Frankfurt Office of the Namibia Tourism Board.
