Eye see the world now much better
The corporate social investment arm of Australian miner, Craton, this week brought clear sight and joy to learners who unknowingly suffered from impaired vision.
The Craton Foundation in partnership with Tobich Optics and The Lions Club, earlier this year conducted a survey as part of their Eye See The World campaign at Tobias Hainyeko Primary School and found that 25 learners had undetected vision problems. The glasses were subsequently ordered and presented to their new owners. Showing off their new visual clarity are, from the left, Leena David, Amina Nelenge, Grace Muyumba, Silvanus Shilongo, Titus Mateus and Krestina Amukwata.
