Hatching fish in the Zambezi

Spanish Ambassador to Namibia, H. E. Mrs. Carmen Diez at the inauguration of The Inland Aquaculture Centre in Katima Mulilo on 5 March. The Spanish government sponsored N$16 million for this project.
