Osuofia in Namibia

Popular actor Nkem Owoh from Nigeria is set to headline the next MTC Master of Success Talk Show on 25 March 2015 at the National Theatre of Namibia (NTN). The show starts at 18:30. “With the launch of the first series of the MTC Masters of Success that featured TV and media personality Bonang Matheba, MTC will introduce Nkem Owoh also know as ‘Osuofia’ to be the guest for the March personality,” stated Tim Ekandjo, Executive Producer of the MTC Master of Success talk show. The nickname Osuofia derives from an African comedy movie by the same name that first screened in London.

Ekandjo said Nkem is one of the most successful actors in Africa and is know for his ability to interpret difficult roles with a humorous ease, and that he is one of the most sought-after actors from the continent. Earlier Nkem told the talk show organisers, that he is looking forward to share his experiences with Namibians and hopefully collaborate with local filmakers.Nkem won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a leading role in 2008.
The tickets for the Master of Success talk show will be available from 9 March 2015 and members of the public may collect them for free at the NTN box office. The free tickets are limited to two per person.
However, Ekandjo asked the public not to waste the opportunity and to return unallocated tickets to the box office lest another person not be denied the pleasure of seeing Nkem perform.
The show will be broadcast on NBC on 29 March 2015 at 20:30.
