O&L’s future selected

The Ohlthaver & List Group announced its eighth intake of the Talent Attraction Programme. The Group targets Namibian final year students at tertiary institutions who are then recruited and equipped through the program as future business leaders of the Group. Participants do not only work in areas of their field of study, but also take part in various management development programs aimed at discovering their unique leadership potential. The six top achievers have been selected to work at a variety of the Group’s companies, namely O&L Energy, Namibia Dairies, Windhoek Schlachterei and Namibia breweries.
