The activities included, amongst others -mixed soccer, tug of war, marabaraba as well as a number riddles. Sem said, “Our employees are an integral part of the business and inherently also of the whole new strategy going forward. As the first part of our strategy is STOP AND FIX we also wish to fix anything that might be ‘broken’ amongst our employees.” “We realize that without their hard work, dedication and passion any plans we have might be fruitless. The sessions were very well received and we achieved our aims of boosting staff morale, bringing employees together for bonding, rallying the team behind the corporate vision and developing a new brand of NAC employees,” she added.
