Aletta Mutrifa, this years winner of the Woman of the Year award in Rosh Pinah, is a member of FNB’s staff at the bank’s Rosh Pinah branch.
A special woman who works at a small branch of a large bank, has been chosen as the Number One female member of her community. Aletta Mutrifa, a member of FNB’s staff in Rosh Pinah, received the honour to be named Woman of the Year. Her employer, FNB Namibia this week congratulated Aletta for the exceptional honour bestowed on one of their employees by the community of this small mining town.Caroline Beukes, Relationship Analyst at the FNB Rosh Pinah branch congratulated Aletta on behalf of the branch and said they are proud of their colleague. Aletta was chosen as she is always helpful, friendly and professional when working with the community or clients through her work. Furthermore she gives back and inspires others. “Aletta lives the values of FNB Namibia inside and outside the bank and deserves the title wholeheartedly.”
This award is held every second year in the Rosh Pinah community and has been held five times already. “The community looks for a lady who stands out in her particular area and is thus nominated by the community of Rosh Pinah. A panel of previous winners are the judges and they conduct interviews with all nominees and make the final decision.”
